FESTIVAL OF SONGS OLOMOUC
This international contest of choirs is annualy taking place in early June in Olomouc. Its divided into many categories. Our chor is participating in category of a chamber choirs (24 singers max.). So far we took part in this competition four times: in 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005. In the first time we ended up in the bronze zone which was very surprising due to a small number of singers. Next year with more singers we gain 11 more points and we manage to end up in the silver zone, the same as in 2004 (83 points - fourth in our category). This year our performance was evaluated with 90 points. With this second best performance in the category we've gained a golden medal.
